Start by completing a detailed onboarding questionnaire to provide all the necessary information for creating your content.

Next, connect your social media channels to our platform, allowing us to schedule and post the content you approve directly to your pages.

Within 10 business days of submitting the questionnaire, you’ll receive a full month of content for your review.
If any adjustments are needed, we’ll make the changes, and once you approve, we’ll schedule the posts for the month.

You’ll have the option to schedule a 20-minute onboarding call with our Content Strategist, as well as an optional monthly content review call.

Our ability to keep services affordable comes from leveraging written communication and asynchronous workflows. You’ll interact with your dedicated account manager through our Client Portal or via email, making communication straightforward and efficient.

We strive to respond multiple times daily, always within 24 hours. You can easily cancel your subscription anytime directly from our client portal by simply clicking the ‘cancel subscription’ button. Unlike other services, there’s no need to call or email us—everything can be done on your own.

No, we do not offer refunds. Our services are non-refundable due to the nature of personalized digital content and the manual work involved.

While we always aim to meet your expectations, this is not a "pay only if you're satisfied" service. You pay for creative work based on your brief, feedback, and revisions.

We cannot guarantee satisfaction, marketing outcomes, growth, or engagement, but we are happy to make any necessary revisions within the scope of the original brief.

Your payment covers content creation. Posting on your behalf is a complimentary service. If technical issues prevent us from posting, we recommend downloading the content and posting it yourself.

Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis, with billing occurring on the same calendar date each month as your initial sign-up. All Plans automatically renew until you choose to cancel. You can modify, pause, or cancel your plan at any time through our client portal to prevent future charges.
