Welcome to Dardha, your affordable social media management service. By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. We want to ensure clarity in our collaboration, so please review this document carefully.
1. Service Delivery & Communication
1.1 – Service Delivery: Dardha provides high-quality, timely content creation. You’ll work with an account manager as your primary point of contact. For a smooth partnership, we expect clear, timely, and honest feedback. Once content is approved, no further revisions will be made.
1.2 – Social Media Account Issues: We work with third-party platforms, which means we can’t control connection issues, password changes, or platform-related problems. We’ll help where we can, but for issues beyond our control, please reach out to the platform’s support team.
1.3 – Scheduling & Posting: To post approved content, at least one of your social media platforms must be connected to our scheduling tool. If you encounter any issues with this, you can download the content and post manually. Our scheduling service is a bonus, not a paid feature, so no refunds are issued for any problems in this area.
If connection issues cannot be resolved, you can download the posts and manually post them on your own. Dardha’s posting and scheduling is a free, value-add service, meaning no pro-rated refunds will be offered for issues related to this. We will, however, do our best to resolve any technical issues.
1.4 – Support & Communication: We offer support via live chat or email through our dashboard. Due to our streamlined approach, we do not provide phone support. Please reach out through these channels for assistance.
1.5 – Client Delays: Service delivery begins after you’ve signed up and completed the onboarding questionnaire. Delays in completing this may not be grounds for a refund. Your payment is converted into credits that you can use at any time, and they never expire. We will continue providing services based on the agreed schedule.
1.6 – Feedback & Approval: We need your feedback or approval promptly after deliverables are sent. Delays can result in outdated content, which we won’t replace. If feedback isn’t provided within 30 days of submission, we’ll begin creating content for the next period.
1.7 – Respectful Communication: We expect respectful communication. Rude or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate account cancellation with no refund.
1.8 – Content Revisions: To ensure your satisfaction, provide clear direction and feedback. If changes are needed, we will make revisions based on your input. However, leaving content unreviewed for weeks only to request a cancellation is not acceptable. Consistent communication will help us meet your expectations.
1.9 – Content Storage: We store your content for up to three months. After this period, it’s your responsibility to download and store it. We recommend doing so before the three months are up.
2. Refund Policy
By signing up, you agree to our non-refundable service terms. Since our work is bespoke, we do not offer refunds for content once delivered.
No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds due to the nature of the services, which include personalized content creation.
Marketing Results: We don’t guarantee specific results, as content performance depends on multiple factors outside our control.
3. Our Commitments
3.1 – Service Standards : Dardha provides services according to our standard policies and procedures. We reserve the right to reject clients for any reason.
3.2 – Policy Changes:
Dardha may modify its rules, prices, or service packages at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
4. FEES & PAYMENT:
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension until full payment is made.
4.1 – Payment Terms: Payments are required upfront, and monthly fees are automatically charged to your card. Fees are non-refundable, and services will continue unless canceled.
4.2 – Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension until full payment is made.
4.3 – Service Continuity: Content creation will proceed even if feedback or approval is delayed. We allow one round of edits per month
4.4 – White Label/Reseller Policy: Resellers are bound by these terms, and fees are due upfront. Resellers are responsible for payments from their clients.
4.5 –Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued. Cancellation can be done directly through the client portal.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
5.1 – No Guarantees: No refunds are available. Due to factors such as third-party platforms, disconnections, onboarding, and the month-to-month subscription model, all sales are final. If we fail to deliver at least one post in a month, you agree to accept credit for that post’s value. No performance, results, or quality guarantees are made by Dardha.
5.2 – Platform Limitations: We are not responsible for third-party platform issues or disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous month’s services.
5.3 – Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content provided by Dardha, but you grant us permission to showcase your business logo and social media links for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
6. INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold Dardha harmless for any damages or liabilities arising from violations of this agreement, including any issues related to third-party intellectual property or social media account issues.
7. Confidentiality & Data Use:
By using our services, you may share confidential information with us. We will protect this data and only use it for the purposes of delivering our services. We will not disclose your information without your permission unless required by law.
8. Credit Card Disputes:
If you dispute a charge, the dispute will freeze all account work and credits. We ask that you resolve issues with us directly. If a chargeback is won, we will invoice you for the amount disputed plus any fees incurred.
